William Cadbury, the chocolate maker, was born on February 17, 1867. William Edlington Cadbury was an English businessman who was associated with his family company Cadbury. He was born in Edgbaston and began working at Cadbury in 1887. In 1905 he made the first Cadbury logo. The Cadbury Script logo, signed by William Cadbury, was introduced in 1921.
